Real estate law, land register law & financing
For particularly important legal matters such as the purchase of a house, the law requires that a notary be called in as a competent advisor for notarial certification. In the field of real estate law/land register law, we notarize, among other things, the purchase or sale of houses, condominiums or undeveloped land. You can also make use of our services in connection with gifts, land charges, mortgages or other land register rights (such as usufruct). Hereditary rights
We, your civil law notaries in Cologne, advise you on the drafting of a will. Many questions and problems can arise in this process (such as: Company succession; exclusion of unwanted relatives from the succession; protection after death, to name but a few examples). We can help you to draft inheritance law rules or succession agreements. On foot/by tram:The notary’s office can be reached within 10 minutes from Cologne Central Station . Walk west on the street “An den Dominikanern” and then turn into the street “Gereonsdriesch. The underground station “Appellhofplatz” (Stadtbahn lines 3, 4, 5, 16 and 18) is approx. 100 metres from the notary’s office.
Please note: You can reach us by car by turning from Gereonstraße into the street “Gereonsdriesch”. This is possible (contrary to the markings on Google Maps and the iOS navigation program) both in the direction of the cathedral and in the direction of the ring road/motorway!
Our parking spaces are reserved for you. Please drive into the courtyard entrance next to our office building; the parking spaces for our Cologne notary’s office are then directly on the right-hand side.
